The approaching full moon and lion’s portal are associated with the culmination of the personal annual cycle. It symbolizes entering the lion’s cave to confront the difficulties of the intense time of planetary transformation and the individual manifestations that made themselves felt in the first half of the year.
It opens the space for deciding whether we want to embark on a path of greater expansion and take responsibility for all our inner aspects, including those that have been hidden and suppressed until now.
 
The frequency of the lion’s portal favors the final phase of transformation, leaving the current vessel of the small “self” and entering a larger space where we are more visible to ourselves and others. We are supported by solar power, illuminating fears and beliefs that limit our life potential.
Working with our personal power, concentrated in the solar chakra, is particularly important at this time. This chakra is where dependencies, attachments, the need for acceptance, and patterns of belittling ourselves and others accumulate.
Rituals for cutting the old, burning out energy and connections that no longer serve us, cleansing through elemental energy and mantra practice, are recommended.
This also includes the annulment of vows and contracts from past incarnations, which are a source of suffering. It also involves severing astral connections at the navel and plexus chakras, which parasitize personal life energy. Most of these practices boil down to acceptance and seeing oneself fully.
 
A rite of passage is preceded by connecting with our higher self, invoking all the cosmic energies that support us, and invoking personal and collective intention. A meticulously prepared and secured space allows for the opening of a multidimensional gateway, creating a spontaneous, magical act of connecting with all aspects of the cosmic self, synchronizing conscious intention, vision, and the fiery passion of body and heart. This time is favorable for ceremonies of entering the center of our mandala, assuming one’s proper role in cosmic creation. It favors all rituals of invocation and the manifestation of new visions and intentions.
